Delivery & Returns
We offer deliveries 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. Your order will be delivered on your next delivery day provided the order is placed before 5pm.

Refunds & Returns
If you are not happy with your order because:
a) an incorrect item was delivered
b) an item(s) are missing from your order
c) an item was damaged prior to delivery
Please inform the driver at the point of delivery. If you return items at the point of delivery, the driver will mark any returns. Any returned items will be automatically refunded when the driver returns to us.
Failing this, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. We will not entertain refunds for notification of error after 48 hours (see T&Cs for more info)
Please note, due to the Food Safety Act (1995), frozen and chilled goods are not returnable to the company subsequent of time of delivery.
If you are due to receive a refund, you will be sent a refund notification via email. please allow for 5-10 working days for refunds to be deposited into your bank account.
