Powdered Cheesecake Filling Mix

For one 10" cheesecake: Cheesecake Filling Mix: 260g Milk: 850ml or Water:600ml Pour 850ml of milk or 600ml of water into a bowl. Blend 260g of Cheesecake Filling Mix with the cold milk or water. Whisk the mixture for one minute on low speed until blended and then on high speed for 3 minutes until thickens. Spread the filling on to the crumb base and chill for 1 hour before serving.
Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
